Lake Anna State Park is also a perfect place to teach your kids how to fish. There is a two-acre fishing pond, designed specifically for children and disabled anglers, is located near the visitor center.
Anglers can also launch their boat into the waters of Lake Anna for bank fishing. Lake Anna State Park offers a public boat launching ramp. There is a $5 fee charged to launch a boat at Lake Anna State Park.
