While you can stay in a cabin, lodge or one of the other accommodations at Lake Anna State Park, there’s nothing like a good, old fashioned camping trip. Here’s everything you need to know about camping at Lake Anna State Park.

Lake Anna State Park Campsites

Lake Anna State Park has 22 total campsites with varied amenities. Choose from a basic campsite or one with water and electric hook ups.

All of Lake Anna State Park’s campsites are on a gravel surface. All tents must fit on a 19×24 foot tent pad.

All campsites are conveniently located to restrooms with hot-water showers, fire rings, picnic tables and lantern holders.

Types of Campsites

Standard (STD) sites do not have any hook ups.

Electric and Water (E/W) sites have both electric and water hook ups for various equipment.

More Information about Lake Anna State Park Camping

Camping season at Lake Anna State Park runs from the first Friday in March through the first Monday in December.

Campground check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 1 p.m.

Two vehicles, plus a camping unit, are allowed at each campsite. Any extra vehicles must park in a parking lot for an additional fee.
