Growing up in Spotsylvania County, Kristie Cooke has spent a lot of time visiting Lake Anna. She knows the lake and its communities very well, and she offers clients high quality, “whole package” customer service while assisting them with their real estate needs.
As a realtor and property manager with Lake Anna Realty, Cooke represents home and land sellers and buyers, as well as representing homeowners as their property manager. “I believe what makes me stand out as a property manager is I offer a local presence that national or bigger companies cannot offer,” Cooke says. “I physically manage your property with ‘boots on the ground’ versus from a desk.”
