Protect & Surf: Wakeboarding/Wakesurfing Competition
This event will be a fundraiser for Louisa County Sheriff’s Office.
There will be an in-person registration from 6:30-7:00 AM. The wakeboard riders meeting will be at 7:15 AM, and the first boarding division will start at 7:30 AM. The Wakesurfing riders meeting will be at 11:00 AM and surfing divisions will begin following the completion of wakeboarding divisions.
Division Order:Â Jr. Boys, Jr. Girls, Boys, Girls, Men’s Amateur, Women’s Amateur, Masters, Adaptive, Advanced, and Open followed by surf divisions in a similar order.
Division Notice:Â No matter the rider’s age, if he or she has the skills to compete in a higher division, he or she is required to do so. However, riders may not be above the maximum age for the division regardless of skill. Ex: A ten year old performing inverts may compete in Advanced, but a 27 year old may not compete in Jr. Boys or Jr. Girl’s.
