Our homes are award-winning, energy efficient, and – most importantly – designed and built for the customer rather than for ourselves. We build homes in all price ranges, ensuring the quality and features in each home that our customers expect, with the personal commitment of each employee to ensure that the way work is done in your home is the way we would do it in our own. We specialize in waterfront, large/acreage lots, and multi-generational homes.

We work from our own plans, from your plans or from web or Architect designs. Using the latest architectural CADD software, we draw homes in-house in order to turn around plans and customization in a timely manner, with the ability for our customers to see renderings and 3D plan views.
