About North Anna Nuclear Information Center
Dominion Energy’s Nuclear Information Center at North Anna is a popular attraction among visitors to Lake Anna and field trip destination for local students. Since opening in 1988, over 100,000 visitors have visited the Information Center to explore the exhibits and learn more about Dominion Energy.
Located in Louisa County, along the shores of Lake Anna, the state-of-the-art Information Center boasts free interactive exhibits.
North Anna Nuclear Information Center Exhibits
The Information Center boasts several interactive and educational exhibits based on the Virginia Science Standards of Learning. These free programs can teach all ages about sources of energy, electricity and nuclear power. Experience more than 10 exhibits at the Information Center.
The exhibits focus not only on nuclear energy, but also environmental stewardship, worldwide energy demand, magnets and electrical circuits, energy sources and radiation. Visitors can discover their carbon footprint and explore ways to reduce it in today’s world.

The North Anna Nuclear Information Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. The Information Center is closed on weekends and major holidays.
